Oh Happy May!

Happy May everybody! It may not feel like it yet, but summer is on its way, along with sweet sweet freedom from highschool forever!

That aside, today I spent four and a half hours doing half of the "tpcastt"s that I didn't do before. Man, those are just a tedious pain! But I am done, yay! Now I need to make a presentation for physics and figure out how to build a boat! Not yay!

On a different 'note' (just wait, there's a pun coming) I've discovered a new (to me) musician! Emilie Simon! She's funky, trippy, cute, and French so you know she's good! ;D I'm absolutely in love! I don't know why I've never stumbled across her before, but I love how she's kind of a strange cross between Olivia Lufkin and Etro Anime... And her videos are so creepy/cute! She's so perfect for Lolita! lol.

As for many things, we turn to the annals of Youtube for audio/visual reference:

And my favorite: Flowers

There are so many awesome others though! I just keep watching them over and over and over and over! Plus, she gets major props for creating music that I can actually do homework to. Not that it doesn't capture the attention, but it also makes great thinking music. :P

Well, that's about all I have to say!

Dani

P.S. Oh yeah, I really want to make something for my mother (perhaps draw her something?) for mother's day this year, but I don't know exactly what I should do, so suggestions are appreciated! I'm actually looking forward to Mother's Day this year, since we'll be going down to Campbellsport, which is usually fun, and then I think my mom and I are going to stop at the Sheboygan Falls Mall thingy (you know, by Chili's!) and see if we can find some things for graduation. I want to wear Lolita, but we'll see how that goes. No need to be scaring away the relatives I hardly see who will come and give me large sums of cash for finally getting the hell out of school! XD

P.P.S. Ugh! AP English test this weeeeek! :O

Hey Dani! Sorry I did not reply to this for a very long time, but then again, I have not made my own blog in a matter of two months. So really, you are in a good stop. Anyway that singer sounds cool, I will check her out when I get home...because I am in the lab right now and so are you! HI!
