Memorial Day!

Happy Memorial Day!

Anyway, just a short update here. Two more days of high school left, YAY! As soon as summer roles around, I expect that I'll write more updates, hopefully detailing all the drawing and writing and reading and sewing and whatnot that I'll do. I bought some fabric today and I am SO EXCITED!

Oh, yes, we saw Star Trek on saturday. That was good. SPOCK WAS HOT! :D And the whole movie was awesome! Seriously everyone (except the bad guys, who were kind of meh) was so good. I was really iffy at first, but I need not have worried. They kept true to the spirit of Star Trek! Oh, and did anybody else catch the not-so-subtle references to a certain other sci-fi universe? Made me laugh a little inside. I'll always be a Star Wars girl, I guess. Still, Star Trek rocked. It made me really want to watch Next Generation for some reason.

Well, I probably won't hit the theatres again until Half Blood Prince finally is released. Stupid fucking Warner Bros. assholes making us wait half a year for a movie that's just been sitting there, finished, so they can supposedly make more money. >:(

Here's to the last two days of high school. Goodbye Roncalli. Hello Summer of Oppurtunity. College is just on the Horizon.
