2011 IS OVER, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

Stayed single almost the whole year?
-Every day actually.

Kissed someone new?
-Yep. Derek, Maddy, Bri, Naomi, Catey, Adam, Phill, Kory (supposedly, lol)

Done something you've regretted?
-Nothing major comes to mind.

Lost someone?
-Not in the sense that anyone I knew died, but yes.

Cut class?
-Actually only once, and with the professor's permission.


Were you involved in something you'll never forget?
-UWSP STUDY ABROAD LONDON SPRING SEMESTER 2011!! :D

Visited a different country?
-And lived in a different country! England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Cooked a gross meal?
-Nothing that I haven't been able to eat. There are, however, some recipes I will NOT be repeating.


Lost something important to you?
-Figuratively.

Got a gift you adore?
-Not quite adore, but I've gotten a few nice gifts. And a few not so great ones.

Tripped over a coffee table?
-It's quite possible.

Dyed your hair?
-Surprisingly not.

Came close to losing your life?
-Several times while crossing the streets of London. Damn motorists!

Went to a party?
-Karaoke nights! And Markham parties! And Kory's 21st! And some other random ones!

Read a great book?
-Several! Blood Meridian, The Road, No Country for Old Men, Child of God, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Frankenstein, and others I can't think of right now...


*2008: Friends and Enemies

Did you meet any new friends this year?
-I met lots of people, but mostly made acquaintances rather than friends.

Did you dislike anyone?
-I only met one new person this year that I actually disliked. New record :D

Did you grow apart from anyone?
-Unfortunately yes.

Do you have any regrets when it comes to your friendships?
-See above. Other than that, not too many.

Did you get into a fist fight?
- Maaaaaaaybe ;)

Did you have a cake?
-Yep! My roommates in London bought be a very delicious chocolate cake. It was probably the nicest thing they ever did for me :)

Did you have a party?
-For once, yes! At ISH bar with most of the London group.

Did you get any presents?
-Yep, just enough.

Get to spend it with your man?
-No man. But I did spend it with my wonderful, wonderful friend :D


*2008: All about YOU

Did you change at all this year?
-Good lord yes! I've learned so much about myself, and other people this past year. And I'm positive that how I've changed is for the better.

Did you change your style?
-Definitely. London's street style and hipsterism have influenced my look.

Were you in school?
-Yep.

Did you get good grades?
-4.0 both semesters.

Did you have a job?
-Almost one for every season. Spring- Overseas Program Assistant in London aka Dr. Rueb's Bitch lol. Summer: Cashier at good ol' Festival Foods in Manty. Fall and Winter: Periodicals Assistant at the UWSP Library (I was "promoted" XD). Also worked at Time Out randomly while in Manty.


Did you own a car?
-Good ol' Silver.

Did anyone close to you give birth?
-Nope, thank goodness.

Did you move at all?
-To Europe and back to Manitowoc and then to the Suites at Point.

Did you go on any vacations?
-Wisconsin Dells with my mom's side of the family in August.

Would you change anything about yourself now?
-I need to keep working on my confidence. It's grown, but I still need to work at it!

- The only person I liked (emphasis on the past tense) in 2011 didn't like me that way.

-Midnight, watching Dan Rad on SNL in Madison with Catey :)

-Haha, what do you take me for?!

Who was the last person you talked to on the phone?:
-Catey, to tell her I had arrived in Madison. But that was in 2012 already...

Seven days from now will you be in a relationship?
-Well I'm dating a guy right now, but we're not in any semblance of a serious relationship so... probably not?

Whats your hair look like today?
-Kind of dry? I used Catey's shampoo and conditioner, and it's winter...soooo yeah. I tried to make it look cute, but it ended up in a ponytail.


What was the last thing you ate?
-A turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and diced white onion on wheat.

Biggest annoyance in your life right now?
-My own insecurities, or whomever I happen to be living with (parents or roommates)

-Never been in love, but it probably does.

- I splash my face.

-To observe. I would never change my past.

-I find multiple body types attractive, but mostly, I just look at guys' faces.
